Our work sits at the nexus of governance and artificial intelligence. We take a systematic approach to developing projects that address institutional barriers in AI governance: undergoing prioritization and impact-planning exercises to define promising AI governance projects, conducting applied research and collective intelligence exercises to design select projects, and building coalitions and advocacy campaigns to deploy projects with high impact.
